A New Beginning Preschool Learning Center (ANBPLC) is pleased to announce the opening of a new child care, preschool, pre-k and kindergarten learning facility for local families. ANBPLC is an exceptionally unique child care and preschool. Over the last year the facility has been completely reinvented. The school is conveniently located in a shopping mall at 8540 Madison Avenue in Fair Oaks. The center will be hosting an Open House on Saturday, August 10th from 12:00pm to 3:00pm. This event is open to local families who are interested in learning more about the program. Parents will have the opportunity to ask questions about the preschool curriculum, kindergarten Common Core State Standards (CCSS) for California and participate in some hands-on activities with their child. Ms. Williams, the center director, has developed a unique educational program for the students. The 2,400 sq ft indoor space is open. There are no closed rooms. Real Life Hands On Experience encourages children for discovery and exploration. There will be cooking, gardening, beading, artistry, science experiments, sign language, Tai Chi and much, much more. There is a 1:5 teacher/student ratio to allow focus on individualization. The philosophy and curriculum called A Learning Start is the brainchild of Ms. Williams. The school will utilize the practices of Glenn Doman, a pioneer in early-childhood education who founded The Institutes for the Achievement of Human Potential. He spent over 30 years studying children's physical and mental development in more than a hundred countries and developed highly effective techniques for teaching young children.
