We are looking sell or trade our '39 Pontiac model 28 Hot Rod project for Harley, prefer Heritage, but will consider any of the larger HD bikes, Road King, Electra Glide, etc, even older models. Trade must be equal or greater value as my car. No Sporters unless '08 or newer low mileage 1200. The info below tells what I've got into the car already and just some of the parts that go with it. The car could be complete and driving in a months time. Info below.1939 Pontiac Model 28 4 Door Touring Sedan. Most of the hard work is done already and just needs to be finished to be a bitchin Hot Rod Cruiser!! Has Mustang II front suspension with dropped spindles and new disc brakes rotors and pads, R&P steering, GM Tilt steering, Chevy rear 5 lug diff with disc brakes with resurfaced rotors but still need pads, Power Brakes & Steering, New 402 Big Block with only idle time on it and has Ceramic coated headers with new exhaust, Erson Chrome Valve Covers, Custom Wire Looms, Lokar Trans Fluid & Oil tubes and sticks, Custom Power Steering Hardware, Auto trans with Lokar shifting and ebrake hardware. Standard 5 lug GM 5 on 4.75 all the way around, electric fuel pump, American Racing 200S wheels with brand new tires up front and excellent BF Goodrich in the rear. Body is very very straight. Nice tight closing gaps in doors, suicide doors in rear. Interior needs done, but have 2 matching front electric buckets from later model Buick and original rear seat. 12V System, Someone put custom tail lights in the car, I don't like 'em, but they are still there.Car can be worth over $20,000 when completedLots of extras come with the car to finish, extra nose and and all 4 grills that had recent chrome, Bumpers on car as straight and have nearly new chrome. A brand new ($495) American Autowire Highway 22 complete rewire kit complete with new ignitionswitch, light switch with aluminum knob, floor dimmer switch and everything to completely rewire the car all new and still in original box. Car needs all new glass as it is original and bubbled & foggy. Brand new ($250) Antique Style # 1501 Autometer Gauges with New ($120) Custom Aluminum gauge panel for dash, Other parts for the car also, can't think of them all. Over $8500 already invested not counting parts I have for the car.I will sell the car just as it sits, none of the parts for $5500 or with everything $7500 . Will also consider trade for Harley, prefer Heritage, but will consider any of the larger bikes, even if possibly needing some work if you throw in some cash but whatever the trade it should be worth what I am asking.- No Sportsters unless 'low mileage '08 or newer 1200 - May also trade for John Deere, Polaris, Mule, etc. 4X4 UTV Or Small or mid-size 4X4 Tractor of same value. SO, what have you got to trade that might be interesting??I can fire the engine if you want to hear it or can send you a video of the engine running.
