Description:
The Cross Country breastplate is the ultimate in keeping a saddle in place on extremely rough terrain. This breastplate has seven points of adjustment which can fit many different shaped horses, up to 1400 pounds, the straps connect to either side of the pommel, the girth points on either side of the saddle, and the middle of the girth. There is also an extra large size available, roughly 20% larger than our full size, for those extra large horses. In keeping with our desire to keep both horse and rider comfortable, there is sheepskin padding behind the leather backing of the connective rings.
