Description:
This is a rebuilt German single vacuum dual advance distributor from a 74 non-California beetle. The part numbers on the body are 0 231 170 034 and 043 905 205. These are the distributors that the Mexican 034 SVDAs are modeled after. This distributor was completely disassembled. The points plate were removed, the shaft was taken out and cleaned, the advance weight sliders were re-lubricated as were the shaft bushings, the points/vacuum plate were taken apart and relubricated, the body was sandblasted and everything was reassembled with new external hardware. The vac pot works. New points were installed and gapped along with a correct numbers NOS condensor. It also has a new vac hose and a new o-ring. It does not come with the cap, rotor, and dust cap. I have new caps and rotors if you'd like a set. The dust cap is also for sale if you'd like it. Shipping for this will cost $12.00 for a flat rate USPS medium box and delivery confirmation.
