Anyone who has installed the South African 4 Headlight Grill on their Vanagon already knows that the kit generally comes with little to no instructions or guidance for the proper electrical connection of the new headlamps. This kit will allow you to quickly and easily add the South African 4 Headlight setup to any 1980-1985 Vanagon without cutting any wires. Fabricated with high-temp ceramic H4 headlight sockets and factory color coded wires. The jumper wires to power the inner high beam bulbs plug directly into the white multi-connector attached to the high beam housings. For best results, be sure to use a properly designed set of headlight relays to avoid melting your headlight switch when running the SA Grill setup. Relays are an absolute necessity if you plan to use bulbs with higher than stock wattage output. Orders for this headlight harness + a headlight relay kit will receive discounted shipping.
