The kitchen features hardwood cabinets, solid surface counters, refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, microwave-convection oven and a double sink for easy cleanup. The table with chairs provides comfortable seating to enjoy meals. The living area features a flat screen TV, sofa sleeper, two recliners and an electric fireplace. You are sure to sleep comfortably in the queen size bed featured in the bedroom area. There is also a TV, a wardrobe closet and dresser for additional storage in the bedroom. This RV has been on location for the past 7 years. prior to this, it was on another location since purchased. (Less than 3000 miles) Take possession in March 22 2024The unit was set on Cement blocks to increase stability and relieve stress on the suspension system and tires. It was parked on heavy duty rubber pads to eliminate tire to cement contact. The tires have always been covered to reduce UV exposure. The interior is in excellent condition. The exterior is in good condition with some fading on the decals due to Florida sun. It has been cleaned and waxed at least once per year. The roof is in good condition (see pictures)The furnace was rebuilt 2 years ago. (New motor)A new toilet was installed 4 years ago. The blower fan cage for the A/C unit was replaced last year.
