Living area: Couch (pulls out into a bed), closet, Vinyl plank flooring. Space for a TV, radio, DVD player. Upper loft for storage and extra sleeping arrangements. One slide out to extend the dining space out to provide with more space in the living area. Bathroom: Shower, Toliet, sink, upper cabinet for storage. White tile flooring. Vent fan. Bathroom door latch recently replaced Problems: Fridge needs coolant. Stove has not been tested. AC works in back, but heating does not (Only blows cool air). Bathroom door is slightly bowed. Closet door doesn t stay latched in transit (Will pop open if not properly shut), Same with pull out drawers (May need replacement latches, available on amazon. ) TRAILER: Year: 2008 Make: Gold Rush GENERATOR: 12.5 KW ONAN Trailer Axle rating: 10,000 lbs Estimated Triple Axle upgraded in 2017 FEATURES: 20 LIFT, Upper loft, upstairs living space, Bathroom (Shower, toilet, sink- cabinet space underneath) Cabinets for storage. Pull out extension cord. 2 Air conditioners, one side panel for displays (Added in 2019). Inside and outside lights. Electric brakes Replaced June of 2023 on front and rear Problems: Bowing, Driver s side Wheel well is pulling up. Awning attachment points are still attached but no awning is included.
