Right here is the history. My daddy ended up being a H-D "rider dealer" from 1939 up until WWII began. To the finest of my knowledge he only offered two bikes, this one ... his demonstrator, and a 1940 UHS74. The bike was had jointly by my father and his brother, Louis. They worked shearing sheep for a nickel a visit conserve up for it. A year or so after purchasing the bike they bought a passenger sidecar, and an energy sidecar. They took several long trips on it, and it was in regular use up until 1955. When Dad bought the UHS he ordered chrome wheels and switched his for the chrome 16" front wheel, which is on the bike now. Aside from that I believe everything else to be right original or proper replicable parts. All original paint.Dad never threw anything away ... the crates were kept in the rafters of an old granary, an he had boxes of old H-D documents, Enthusiasts, marketing literature, and so on that he kept. Papa kept riding it up ocasionaly to about age 70. He recently died at age 93. In the year 1939 the big Black Rhino leather Deluxe Buddy Seat was a choice at an additional $5.81. Note how those floorboards were extended backwards for the convenience and security of the passenger!Has the matching traveler sidecar with windscreen and cover, the original leather saddlebags, leg fairings, a full-sized motorcycle windscreen and a sport motorbike windscreen. Likewise still has the initial wooden crate that the motorbike was delivered in in 1939. Everything will certainly be consisted of! Worlwide shipping readily available!
