See the workers on the line as they press new sheet metal, weld beetle bodies together, painting, building engines, attaching the body to the frame, and driving off the line. The DVD runs about 55 minimum. The 1st part of the film shows the assembly line workers with the Classic Split Window Model Beetle. Double Clutch Anyone? The rest seems to be the promo of it all, glamorizing the beetle and it's unique characteristics and features with funny lil sing alongs and whatnot. The film is in German without subtitles. This is the early years before the Beetles REAL Boom. Very unique footage you have here, all in black and white. The footage is rather old, but it just adds to the flavor. So sit back, grab some popcorn, and enjoy some of the historical Vdub scene. Below I have some sample footage taken from the disc. http
