I have for sale a newly accquired 1994 300zx twinturbo. The car has a little over 1,000 miles on a freshly rebuilt engine. The engine was built with all stock parts except the pistons, they are wiseco pistons. The car has a single pop intake, 555cc injectors, Z1 tuned ecu, HKS EVC 5 boost controller, Z1 split 2.5 inch down pipes, T25/28 upgraded turbos, a 6-puck clutch, godspeed front mount intercooler, real HKS SSQV blow off valves mounted where stock recirculation valves were, and a full HKS Hiper exhaust. The interior of the car is very nice for a 1994 year vehicle. The paint is also presentable could use a good compound buffing to maybe take out some of the imperfections. The car runs well, and the short shifter is solid and slick shifting. I havent had the car very long, but Ive been fixing small stuff as I find them.... the car runs excellent.The Bad The digital part of the climate control is out...it doesnt show the digits, but it does work as far as heat and a/c....and you can control the temp, you just dont see the numbers on the display. The windshield wipers make a clacking sound when they move...they still work. The car idles high 1500 rpms, i suspect the idle control motor needs to be cleaned I havent pulled it off and done this yet. The biggest problem to me... the car wont make more than 6psi of boost. Ive checked the basic stuff like making sure the ecu isnt in safety boost it shows code 55...all clear, and looking over the obvious vaccum lines. I am going to buy a boost leak tester eventually and test for boost leaks. Worst case scenario, the vaccum lines will need to be replaced and rerouted... something I dont really have time to do, so I drive the car as is.The car runs fine on 6psi... for someone who wasnt familiar with how a 300zxtt feels on 14+psi, they could be perfectly happy with this one at 6psi. This is my 2nd z32tt, and my last one made 430rwhp @ 18psi, so I know what Im missing!The car is pretty nice for the year which is why I traded a decently nice s13 240sx with an sr20 and working a/c for this car...plus cash. I daily it with no problems, but I prefer one that I didnt have to work on right off the bat no garage, so its up for sale or trade.Trades I like turbo cars, but I may entertain other vehicles if it grabs my attention. Dont ask me to add cash...either your trade is worth my asking price, or you add cash.
