Here is an awesome straight unmolested car you don't find very often. The car is completely sorted out and runs and drives spectacularly. I have owned alot of old cars and you know when one is done right and this is one of those cars. This is a true original Police package V8 Savoy 2 door post. This car has never been abused or appears to have been taken apart. It has a crate 318 engine with 10,000 miles on it with the original warranty card showing installation at 112k miles. Only mods seem to be an Edelbrock 600 and some aftermarket wires. Everything under the hood looks un touched. Transmission is a push button 3 speed automatic that shifts perfectly. Rear is 8 3/4 sure grip with around a 3.00 ratio. Full newer quiet exhaust with tailpipes out the back. Tires are newer staggered 215 75 and 275 60 15's. Car has a perfect stance and look with excellent ride quality. Also power steering and a Master Power Brakes front power disc conversion with dual master cylinder have been added for comfort and safety. Auxilary gauges and an am fm radio have been added. Body is straight with great chrome and trim. Grille is exceptional. All gaps are correct and straight. Paint is very nice with some aging on the roof and hood but is still very presentable. A couple nicks have been touched up but not many at all. All glass is excellent and windows work beautifully. Underside is all original solid with no signs of rot. Obviously, this car has been garage kept for most of its life and has not seen many winters. Trunk is original and solid also with spare, jack and trunk mat present. Interior is excellent with newer carpet and seat belts. All upholstery is excellent. All gauges, lights, turn signals cancel, horn, wipers, dome lights, dash light, visors all nice and operational. Temp gauge is a little finicky buts thats the only flaw I noticed. Also, I noticed the front discs are a minor bit squeaky but that is really nit picking this car. I can't expound enough on how nice and tight this car goes down the road. It is an actual pleasure to drive.
