This Suburban was converted to a 3/4 ton and built into a Duramax Diesel using the complete drivetrain from a 2006 Chev 2500HD truck and it is a complete and professional conversion. The mileage listed on the ad is the drivetrain mileage. Everything is designed to function just as if the Suburban came from the factory with the Duramax installed. It can easily be serviced by any GM Dealer or auto repair center using the factory OBD II port to run diagnostics and scan the entire system. These Duramax powered Suburbans are simply awesome, once you've had one, there's no going back to the underpowered V8 with horrible fuel economy. On average, you can expect to double your fuel economy over the 3/4 ton gas Suburbans… 18-22 MPG Hwy is not uncommon and the power and performance is unmatched.
