Sadly I’m selling my beloved Triumph Herald. It’s off the road at the minute, it’s been stored on a drive covered up for a couple of years now, but I get it running from time to time. I never have a problem getting it going, and is such a great runner. It has a new drivers door ready to be painted, it has a fibre glass bonnet & valance. The body needs attention but is generally sound, the chassis is actually in very good shape and always has been. Engine runs smooth and brakes, glutch and everything else are spot on. (Although the brakes will likely be stiff or seized but might be fine). Electrics are all sweet, I’ve installed a CD player with speakers in the front and back too, not to everyone’s taste but 🤷🏽♂️ I’ve had this car for 12 years, given to me from a family friend. I’ve driven it everywhere and used it as my everyday car for years. Commuting to and from university regularly in Southampton to up and down the country and even to work everyday some summers, it’s been the most fun and well loved and looked after. It’s been a solid runner the whole time, more reliable than any modern car I’ve ever owned and although looks a bit shabby that was the look I was going for 😆. It’s a great car, she needs a great home. And I’d love someone to restore her how I intended, sadly I don’t have the space, time or money at present.
