THIS IS A BRAND NEW CORGHI TIRE BALANCER FOUR PLATE SYSTEM WITH ALL THE FINGER PINS AND COMPLETE CART STORAGE SOLUTION. I OPENED ONLY ONE OF THE FOUR PLATE BOXES FOR THE PICTURE AND THE OTHER THREE ARE STILL FACTORY SEALED. THIS SYSTEM IS FOR THE 38 MM SHAFT CORGHI SYSTEM.
