This model is call the 33 WB, It is also know as the wide body. It has a separate tub and shower are from the vanity and toilet, both area's are very adequate to move around in and put your elbows up to without smacking them on a wall or cabinet. The MH has a private bedroom with a mirrored double wide closet, side tables for both sides of the bed with reading lamps, small closets, over head board storage, It also has it's own Thermostat for heat and cool, The base of the bed also lifts up and is approx 45 square foot of storage area that has never been used.There is a backup camera, you can even have it on while you are driving to keep and eye on your car or trailer if you are towing, the mirrors are electric, the front seats are leather with arm rest and can be turned around to visit with guest. The co pilot seat has a desk top work station with a desk top extender, It also has a power outlet for your laptop or games. The generator can run everything from the cab to the master bedroom and you can run that while you are traveling. It will also run the dual a/c system .It has power levelors, which is great and a gyroscope on the dash so you know when it is level.Electric steps, 18 foot awning, outside table,stereo, and TV jack under the awning, outside shower, Automatic electric transfer box, 6 new tires, Satallite dish on the roof,You can take out the sleeper sofa and put in 2 recliners with a table between them to have that home feeling. Cruise control, plenty of fresh water, gray water and black water tanks, there are so many places on the road today to fill or dump your water, stove, oven, microwave. The area inder the floor and above the road almost from one side to the other is locked storage, also known as basement storage, you can easily live in the rig for a long, long time and not feel deprived. I'm sur I missed some stuff like the fridge runs in a/c and propane. The propane tank is built in and about 35 gallon. It is not to bad on gasoline, I can get about 9 mpg no problem and there are some things on the market that will improve the gas mileage. The MH has 34,000 miles on it, fresh oil, filter and lube ready to go. If you are not comfortable I can deliver and set up on your site, any distance. There are hordes of beautiful campgrounds in the south with extened stay rates and also summer storage so you don't have to drive it back home or you can rent it out while you are not there and get to write the purchase price off on your income tax as well as the lot rent and upkeep.
