AC painted with Imron in 06. MLG trunnions replaced. 1 incident LBE 18July02) Gear up landing in June of 2002. Minor damage, was considered as an incident. Several lower fairings, Xpdr/DME antennas top hats and zee hats stiffeners were replaced. Excellent job, could not tell it was ever done.EnginesGreat running engines, RHE 1241/612 STOH, LHE 1088/STOH 35, (LBE 18Jul02) Due to gear up landing both the engines were removed, disassembled, inspected IAW TCM Manual. Crankshafts were ultrasonically inspected, engines were reassembled with new rod and main bearings. TTSN @ time of incident was RHE 386.7, LHE 311.9 Time now 1242/1098.PropBoth 3 Blade McCauley with 563 TTSN.Interior2006 pilot & Copilot seat re-covered in sheepskin and leather, Inserts replaced in passenger seats, carpet and curtains replaced 7/10.Exterior2006 repainted with DuPont Imron by Murmer Aircraft Services.8/10 Looks great.EquipmentAir Conditioning, JPI 760 Engine Analyzer, OAT, Oil Temp, Fuel Flow,6 place O2, Rosen Visors, Bob Fields door deal on RH cabin door. FireExtinguisher, Davtron Ditigal Clock M800, Ground Clearance switch for Com.RemarksAll AD's complied with, MLG's were replaced. Annual Due 10/2013 Heater inspection due in 10/14, IFR due in 10/14 Same owner since 12/03. Great looking and flying plane. If interested please contact David at 281-808-7892
