Description:
1926 Indian Big Chief with the original engine ( 74 CI ). It was restored more than 20 years ago. I was going to start it but it doesnât have a spark right now. I think it needs a new spark condenser. It does run and ride great when thatâs fixed. Itâs been parked inside my house, used only for a display. The transmission shifts great and the clutch, brake, throttle, and timing advance all work as they should. It has 3.85 â 20 Firestone tires like new with no miles on them. It has the optional big tank which gives it a great look. I have the clear Title! I retrofitted an automotive coil, condenser, and battery to fire the spark plugs. After about 5 kicks it started and ran for a few minutes, then I shut it off. I can't ride it like this but It does run just as good as it did before it was stored. This was the best I can do right now because I do not have time to send out the original coil to be rewound. I will include these additional parts with the sale.
