Here is an absolutely beautiful, all original 1980 Triumph Spitfire1500 convertible that is truly one of the finest in the world. Thiscar only has 9,901 pampered original miles on it. It spent manyyears in a private collection in California and in Arizona, and hasbeen in climate controlled storage in FL for last 5 years, so thecar is totally rust free. It has always been well stored, takencare of and maintained and it shows. This car is as close toshowroom new as your going to find one. It was ordered with theonly two options you could get on a Spitfire, which are a hardtopand overdrive. The car still even retains its original windowsticker, owners manual and dealer sale brochure. This is a superdesirable Inca Yellow car with a black and white hounds toothinterior and it is completely all-original. It is optionedidentical to the last Spitfire built in 1980 which sits in theBritish Motor Heritage museum. The car is near flawless and lookslike it just came off the showroom floor. The car is believed tohave a storied history, with owners including an actress inHollywood and a doctor/surgeon in the Napa Valley. The second tolast owner was a serious car aficionado with an extensivecollection of cars in the Scottsdale area. The car has excellentrubber and beautiful crystal clear glass. It has all originaldecals and rubber bumpers. The original black soft looks like newwith its original black top boot. The car spent much of its life inCalifornia, although the original window sticker shows that it mayhave been initially shipped to the Midwest.
