Have a HomeTrends Daniel Dakota Grandfather Clock which is kinda a fun item. Bought at WalMart. Everything works. Chimes and swing bar are faux- meaning plastic, but you can't really tell. One of the batteries leaked slightly so will need a little sand paper to remove from storage container. . I put new batteries in this morning and is working fine. You will need to adjust the chimes to the hour. This is done by rotating the hands from the back. Takes a little effort to do. Very small paint smudge which can easily be removed. Anyway, I had a lot of fun with it. Chimes are LOUD , but you can put a towel on the speaker which is at the top on the unit and not seen. FUN ITEM for real. Nice condition.
