This is a rear bumper with original splash pans and seals for a 1971 VW Bus. It may also fit 1968-70, but will not fit 1972 without modification to the bracket mounting holes. It's fairly straight, no major dents or rust. The mounting brackets were cut to get this bumper off of the 1971 Westfalia it was removed from, but not by me. It looks like a small section of the splash pan may have been cut as well, but I took close up shots of both sides so you can see where some may be missing. Comparing it to pics of original splash pans I have seen there may not be anything missing at all.The splash pans and seals are original. There are 2 holes drilled in the bumper right around the middle of the Bus, possibly for a trailer hitch or other accessory. These can easily be welded back up, or I could weld them u for you and grind them smooth before you receive the bumper. I also took a pic of these holes. I can snap any additional pics you may want if you're interested. Shipping this bumper would probably be pretty pricey but I would be willing to ship it provided the buyer pays all shipping costs up front. This can also be picked up in East Syracuse, NY 13057 or I can deliver to your door in the northeast for the cost of fuel. Please feel free to email me with any other questions.
